We specialize in
HIGH-END
residential landscape maintenance and are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can lead by example. Responsibilities Lead a 2-man landscape maintenance crew Load and inspect truck, trailer, and equipment each morning Ensure all properties are completed to company standards Mow, edge, trim, prune, weed, deadhead flowers and maintain landscape beds Communicate professionally with clients when needed Complete daily route efficiently and report any issues immediately Ensure trucks, trailers and equipment are secured at the end of each day Train and guide crew members to company standards Requirements Minimum 3 years landscape maintenance experience Previous crew leader experience Valid drivers license with clean driving record Ability to drive truck and trailer Strong attention to detail Reliable and punctual Able to work outdoors in Georgia weather Professional appearance and attitude Ability to lift 50 + pounds What We Are Looking For This is not a commercial landscaping position. We maintain high-end residential properties where attention to detail matters.
