Weekly Pay | Immediate Openings | Hablamos Español We are actively hiring experienced Landscape Crew Members and Landscape Crew Leaders to join our growing team in Macon, Georgia. If you have commercial landscaping experience and enjoy working outdoors, we want to hear from you.

Positions AvailableLandscape Crew Member Pay:

$18.00/hour

Responsibilities:

Perform commercial landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, mulching, planting, and clean-ups Load and unload equipment and materials Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Maintain tools and equipment Follow company safety procedures and quality standards Work outdoors in various weather conditions

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of commercial landscaping experience Ability to operate landscape maintenance equipment Valid Driver's License preferred Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Strong work ethic, reliability, and attendance Landscape Crew Leader /

Driver Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00/hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a crew of 2-5 landscape team members Drive company trucks and tow trailers between job sites Coordinate daily landscape maintenance activities Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards Train and mentor crew members Conduct equipment and safety inspections Communicate with management, clients, and crew members Track time, attendance, and materials usage

Requirements:
