Lead Installer / Crew Lead

Due to continued growth, we're adding a new installation crew and are looking for an experienced Lead Installer to help lead projects, develop team members, and support the next phase of our expansion. Competitive compensation:

$26-$30/hr (starting salary depending on experience) 4-day work week (Monday-Thursday); 10-hour days Overtime available 80 hours PTO available immediately 8 paid holidays $200/month flexible benefit reimbursement Employee-focused leadership team 401k with company match Quarterly team events and outings Performance recognition bonuses Tenure-based Christmas bonus program Real advancement opportunities in a growing company What You'll Do Lead and mentor installers on job sites Install cabinets, storage systems, flooring, and garage organization products Manage projects from start to finish Troubleshoot installation challenges Deliver an exceptional customer experience Load/unload materials and operate company vehicles Maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards What We're Looking For 5+ years of construction or skilled trades experience Previous crew lead, foreman, or project leadership experience Strong problem-solving and communication skills Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Comfortable performing hands-on work every day Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ideal backgrounds include: carpentry, cabinet installation, remodeling, painting, HVAC, trim carpentry, or other skilled trades.
