Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Enhancement Crew Leader to lead our landscape maintenance and horticultural teams. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and quality control of landscape projects, ensuring that every outdoor space meets the highest standards of beauty, health, and sustainability. Duties Supervise daily operations of landscaping crews, ensuring efficient completion of projects with precision and attention to detail Coordinate landscape maintenance activities including mowing, pruning, planting, fertilizing, and pest control to maintain vibrant and healthy outdoor spaces Oversee irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to optimize water efficiency and plant health Lead construction projects such as garden bed creation, pathway installation, and outdoor structures with a focus on quality and safety standards Provide guidance on horticulture practices, including plant selection, soil management, and tree care to promote sustainable growth Monitor team performance, provide training opportunities in landscaping techniques and safety protocols Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company standards Requirements Proven experience supervising landscape maintenance or landscaping teams with strong leadership skills Knowledge of lawn care techniques, gardening practices, horticulture principles, and tree care methodologies Hands-on experience with irrigation systems installation and maintenance Background in construction or outdoor project management preferred Familiarity with safety regulations related to landscaping and construction sites Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards Join us as an Enhancement Crew Leader and lead the charge in creating stunning outdoor environments!
