Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead a team of landscapers in performing various landscaping and groundskeeping tasks.
  • Plan and execute landscaping projects, including building and maintaining gardens, lawns, and trees.
  • Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members on landscaping techniques and best practices.
  • Oversee the care and maintenance of equipment and tools used in landscaping projects.
Experience:
  • Proven experience in landscape maintenance and construction.
  • Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, including planting, pruning, fertilizing, and weed control.
  • Familiarity with irrigation systems and their installation and maintenance.
  • Ability to read landscape blueprints and follow project specifications.
  • Leadership skills to effectively manage a team of landscapers.
  • Knowledge of lawn care practices, including mowing, edging, and trimming.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Physical stamina to work outdoors for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and clients.
