Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise installation and enhancement projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship. Train and mentor team members on landscaping techniques and safety protocols. Coordinate daily tasks and manage project timelines effectively. Communicate with clients to understand their vision and provide exceptional customer service. Perform site assessments and prepare materials for installation. Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in optimal working condition. Implement best practices for landscape maintenance and sustainability. Assist in the development of project budgets and resource allocation.
Requirements:
Proven experience in landscape installation and enhancement services. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Knowledge of horticulture, landscape design, and maintenance practices. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Commitment to safety and compliance with industry regulations.
