www.jimpattison.com/about/our-story The Opportunity Jim Pattison Lease is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Invoice Administrator to join our Fleet Services team in Des Moines, Iowa. This role plays a key part in supporting our clients and internal teams through accurate processing and management of fleet-related invoices and billing activities. Reporting to the Director of Fleet Services, the Fleet Invoice Administrator manages day-to-day operations related to our fleet card and maintenance programs, including invoice reconciliation, vendor communication, and account maintenance. The role also supports both U.S. and Canadian operations as needed and provides administrative and analytical support for ongoing process improvements. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the fleet card program, including card setup, maintenance, and account reconciliations. Accurately process and verify invoices for fuel, maintenance, and other fleet-related services. Address vendor inquiries and billing discrepancies; issue credits as needed. Support account executives and customer service representatives with client requests and account maintenance. Maintain accurate records for vendor accounts and assist with new vendor setup. Manage lost or stolen card processes and handle related administrative requirements. Collaborate with internal departments (Fleet Maintenance, Finance, and Client Service) to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Assist with special projects and reporting initiatives to improve process efficiency. Support Canadian operations when needed (remotely). Qualifications & Skills Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, billing, or account coordination (fleet, automotive, or logistics industry preferred). Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation). Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Valid driver's license and eligibility to work in the United States.
Compensation & Benefits Starting Pay:
