Tree Crew Leader

As a Tree crew leader you will be responsible for the supervision and direction of a landscape crew. You will also be ensuring the crew's work is completed in a timely and effective manner. The crew leader coordinates the activities of the crew and ensures that all work is conducted in a safe and compliant manner. Provide customers with the best service to deliver outstanding results. Duties and responsibilities Lead and manage a tree care crew to complete daily work safely and efficiently Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations Perform and oversee tree pruning, removals, and basic plant health care services Operate and direct the safe use of equipment including chainsaws, pole saws, chippers, stump grinders, and related tools Communicate clearly with team members, supervisors, and clients as needed Train and develop crew members on proper techniques and safety practices Maintain organization of tools, equipment, and job sites Observe and promote safety standards at all times. Immediately report injuries, loss, or damage. Other duties as assigned. 18 years of age or older High School Diploma or equivalent. Possess a valid "Class C" drivers license 3-5 years of relevant experience Ability and willingness to work in all weather conditions Ability to lift 50 pounds Knowledge of general landscape equipment Positive and professional attitude Who we are: Beary Landscaping opened with an old pick-up truck in 1985.
