We're looking for a dependable, experienced Landscape Crew Leader to guide a small crew and deliver high-quality results on every job. What You'll Do Lead and supervise a crew of 2-5 team members on landscaping projects Plan and execute daily work schedules efficiently Perform landscaping tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, mulching, and cleanups Operate and maintain equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) Ensure jobs are completed on time and meet quality standards Communicate with clients professionally when needed Train and mentor crew members Enforce safety procedures and company policies What We're Looking For 2+ years of landscaping experience (leadership experience preferred) Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to lead a team and stay organized under pressure Valid driver's license (chauffeur/CDL a plus, if applicable) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather Basic knowledge of landscaping equipment and maintenance What We Offer Competitive pay with growth opportunities Consistent, full-time hours Supportive team environment Opportunities for advancement Paid training (if applicable)
