In this role, you will oversee daily landscape maintenance operations, coordinate projects, and ensure high-quality standards are met. Your leadership will drive team productivity, safety, and customer satisfaction while fostering a positive work environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about landscaping, horticulture, and outdoor aesthetics who enjoys leading others to achieve outstanding results. Duties Lead and supervise a team of landscape technicians to complete maintenance, planting, pruning, and installation projects efficiently and safely Coordinate daily schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines and quality standards Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as lawn care, pruning, mulching, irrigation system checks, and pest management Oversee construction activities including hardscape installation, planting beds, and landscape features Conduct tree care activities like trimming, removal, and health assessments in accordance with safety guidelines Ensure all work complies with safety protocols and environmental regulations while maintaining a safe work environment for the team Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress Skills Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture with a strong understanding of plant care and garden design principles Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction settings Knowledge of lawn care techniques including mowing, fertilizing, aeration, and pest control Familiarity with construction practices related to hardscaping and landscape installation Expertise in tree care practices such as pruning, cabling, and health assessments Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation tools Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members and manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members effectively Attention to detail in maintaining high standards of quality while adhering to safety guidelines Join us as a Landscape Crew Leader where your passion for outdoor environments meets your leadership talents!
