Schedule:

Rotating shifts (early morning to late evening) + weekday availability We're hiring an Logistic Supervisor to lead daily logistics operations across Illinois. This role is part dispatcher, part people leader, and part problem-solver—you'll own real-time delivery execution, ensure strict compliance, and develop a high-performing team of drivers. If you thrive in fast-moving environments where plans change hourly—and you're the person others rely on to keep things running—this role is built for you. Duties Oversee live delivery operations, monitoring drivers and routes in real time. Activate contingency plans when coverage gaps occur. Coach, support, and hold drivers accountable for performance and attendance. Oversee proper use of systems. Maintain audit-ready documentation across all deliveries and team activity. Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and cleanliness. Improve delivery success rates and customer experience. Qualification Experience in logistics, dispatch, fleet operations, or transportation Proven ability to manage frontline teams in fast-paced environments Strong problem-solving skills under pressure High attention to detail, especially in regulated or compliance-heavy settings Strong communication skills written and verbal Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Life•60 Days Paid Time Off (PTO)•90
