Lead Fence Installer /
Crew Leader Pay:
Starting at $25+ per hour based on experience

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, can lead a crew, and has extensive experience installing residential and commercial fencing. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a fence installation crew Install wood, vinyl, aluminum, chain-link, and specialty fencing Read work orders and ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently Maintain high-quality workmanship and jobsite safety standards Train and mentor crew members Communicate professionally with customers and management Keep projects on schedule and ensure customer satisfaction Operate tools and equipment needed for fence installation Requirements 5+ years of fence installation experience required Crew leader or construction leadership experience strongly preferred Valid driver's license Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Ability to solve problems, manage a crew, and keep projects moving efficiently What We Offer $25+ per hour based on experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Employer-Matched Retirement Plan Paid Holidays Consistent, year-round work Opportunities for advancement Supportive team environment Growing company with long-term career potential Apply Today If you're an experienced fence installer looking for a long-term career with a growing company and have the skills to lead a crew and deliver quality work, we want to hear from you.
