Responsibilities:

Lead daily lawn care operations Operate mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup equipment Maintain high-quality standards on every property Train and mentor future team members Help establish efficient processes and team expectations Communicate professionally with customers when needed

Requirements:

Prior lawn care or landscaping experience Leadership or crew management experience preferred Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and professionalism Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Must pass background and reference checks
