Your expertise in landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture will drive the success of our outdoor beautification projects. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew responsible for lawn care, landscaping, irrigation, tree care, gardening, and general maintenance tasks. Plan daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of projects. Oversee landscape construction activities, including planting, mulching, edging, and soil preparation. Ensure safety protocols are followed by all team members during operations and equipment use. Maintain quality standards by inspecting work sites regularly and providing constructive feedback. Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and address any concerns promptly. Assist in training crew members on proper techniques for lawn care, horticulture practices, and equipment operation. Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or related outdoor services. Drivers License Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, digging, and operating landscaping equipment safely. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Knowledge of safety standards related to outdoor work environments and equipment handling. Good communication skills to coordinate with clients and team members clearly and professionally.
