URGENTLY HIRING

- Drivers and Supervisors. Experience needed driving moving/box trucks and supervising small crews. Jobs will entail moving boxes and furniture at local schools. Must be able to lead and direct a small crew of less than 10 workers. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and be physically fit. Must be able to pass criminal background check for violent and sexually related crimes and have clean MVR with Louisiana license. We provide uniforms. Summary In the role of Driver/Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing driving operations while ensuring safe and efficient transportation services. Your core driving skills, along with premium commercial driving experience, will be essential in managing shuttle and delivery routes. You will supervise a crew, leveraging your relevant skills in logistical knowledge and various operations, including truck and forklift driving. This position requires strong leadership and communication abilities to maintain high standards of service and safety within our organization. Supervise and coordinate crew workers, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company policies. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of vehicles to ensure optimal performance. Manage schedules for shuttle and delivery services, optimizing routes for efficiency.
