Commercial Roof Foreman / Crew Lead

TopKey Construction is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman / Crew Lead to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a motivated field leader who has strong hands-on experience with commercial single-ply roofing systems and can effectively lead crews on active job sites. The right candidate will have a solid understanding of commercial roofing installation methods, jobsite safety, crew management, and production expectations. This role requires someone who can lead by example, maintain quality standards, and keep projects moving efficiently. This is a hands on role, to lead by example you will be required to install each roof system with the crew. Responsibilities Supervise and lead commercial roofing crews on active job sites Manage crew sizes of up to 12 roofers Oversee daily production, quality, safety, and jobsite organization Install and supervise installation of commercial roofing systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications and project requirements Read and interpret project scopes, plans, and details Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and workflow to maintain production schedules Communicate effectively with project managers, superintendents, and field personnel Train and mentor crew members on proper installation techniques and jobsite expectations Ensure all work is performed safely and professionally Qualifications 2-4 years of proven hands-on experience as a Commercial Roofing Foreman, Lead Mechanic, or Crew Lead Strong experience with single-ply roofing systems, including:

TPO, PVC, EPDM

Knowledge of all common single-ply attachment methods, including: Mechanically attached systems Fully adhered systems Induction weld / specialty attachment methods Ability to manage and motivate a crew of up to 12 employees Strong understanding of commercial roofing details, installation quality, and jobsite safety Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment and perform physical labor as needed Must be bilingual (English / Spanish) Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred Preferred Qualifications Experience working on a variety of commercial roofing projects Ability to identify and solve field installation issues Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills OSHA certification is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Steady, full-time work Opportunity for advancement within a growing company Supportive team environment

Pay:

$32.00 - $38.00 per hour
