Installer / Crew Lead

Bisson Moving & Storage/Commercial Services is currently looking for a Lead Installer to manager a project and crew in our Commercial Services division. Duties include setting up office spaces, installing cubicles, adjusting desk set-ups, moving office furniture and equipment, and more. This role requires no prior experience, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to enter the field. Core skills include teamwork and communication, while relevant skills such as proficiency with a tape measure, drill, and other construction tools. This position requires driving. as you will coordinate with clients and transport the crew and equipment to the job sites. Must have a valid driver's license with no major infractions on your driving record. We will train. Competitive starting pay with no experience. Position is Monday through Friday with occasional work on the weekends. Pay rate is based on experience. Qualifications Valid driver's license Strong communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks Basic understanding of tools including a tape measure and drill.
