Duties Supervise and coordinate lawn care and landscaping crews during daily tasks, ensuring efficient workflow and quality standards are met Lead lawn care and landscape maintenance activities including mowing, trimming, pruning, fertilizing, and seasonal cleanups Oversee lawn care operations such as aeration, overseeding, and pest management to maintain healthy turf Manage construction-related tasks like planting beds, installing hardscapes, and setting up irrigation systems Conduct tree care activities including pruning, staking, and health assessments to promote tree vitality Ensure all safety protocols are followed during equipment operation and project execution Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and vendors to ensure project timelines and quality expectations are achieved Skills Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping installation, or horticulture roles with a focus on outdoor environments Supervising experience leading teams in landscaping or construction settings Strong knowledge of lawn care techniques, irrigation systems, gardening practices, and tree care methods Ability to perform general construction tasks related to landscape projects with precision Leadership skills to motivate and guide team members toward excellence in every project Excellent understanding of landscape maintenance equipment operation and safety procedures Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Landscaping Crew Lead where your expertise will shape stunning outdoor spaces!
