This vital role involves leading a team of technicians to deliver high-quality restoration services efficiently and safely. As a Restoration Crew Lead, you will serve as the primary point of contact on job sites, ensuring that all work is completed according to industry standards, safety protocols, and customer expectations. Your leadership will help restore properties swiftly while maintaining a positive and productive work environment. Duties Supervise and direct restoration crew members during projects involving fire damage, water intrusion, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, and other restoration services Coordinate daily job assignments, ensuring tasks such as cleaning, demolition, carpet cleaning, and construction are completed accurately and efficiently Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools safely to support various restoration activities Conduct site inspections to assess damage scope, plan work sequences, and ensure quality control throughout each project Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and project managers to provide updates on progress and address any issues promptly Ensure all safety protocols are followed rigorously to protect team members and clients from hazards such as asbestos or mold exposure Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including logs of materials used and steps taken during each project Skills Proven experience in the restoration industry with knowledge of fire restoration, water damage repair, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and efficiently Excellent understanding of cleaning techniques specific to fire and water damage scenarios Ability to interpret project plans and technical instructions accurately Knowledge of safety standards related to hazardous materials like asbestos or mold is preferred Good communication skills for coordinating with clients, team members, and vendors Join us in making a difference by restoring properties with precision and care!
