Barry's Greenhouses & Landscaping is looking for an experienced and dependable Mow Crew Lead to join our growing team. This position is responsible for leading mowing crews, operating landscaping equipment, maintaining high-quality work standards, and helping keep residential and commercial properties looking their best throughout the season.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage daily mowing crew operations Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely Ensure properties are completed efficiently and professionally Drive company trucks and pull equipment trailers Communicate with team members and management throughout the day Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and job sites

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with clean driving record Experience operating Zero-turn mowers Walk-behind mowers String trimmers Edgers Backpack blowers Experience pulling trailers and driving company trucks Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly Ability to work outdoors in all Michigan weather conditions Strong leadership skills and work ethic preferred
