JOB SUMMARY

Metro Lawn Sprinklers is hiring an Irrigation & Landscaping Foreman to oversee residential installation projects across St. Charles & St. Louis. This is a hybrid leadership role that includes irrigation system installation, landscape construction, drainage work, lighting, and yard restoration. You will lead a crew, run equipment, manage daily workflow, and deliver high-quality results for homeowners. We operate on a 4-day work week during the season (Mon-Thu, 10-hour days) . Fridays are optional overtime or rain make-up days —a major benefit for high-performing foremen. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in both irrigation and landscape installations who want competitive pay, bonus opportunities, and year-round advancement.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an Irrigation & Landscaping Foreman, you will: Irrigation Work Install complete residential sprinkler systems Pull pipe with vibratory plow / dingo Wire controllers, valves, solenoids Set, test, and adjust zones during final walkthrough Diagnose install issues and correct them on the spot Landscape Work Install plants, mulch, edging, sod & landscape beds Perform grading and yard restoration Operate skid steer, mini skid, trencher, etc. Shape beds, prep soil, level surfaces Drainage Work Install downspout extensions Install French drains, pop-ups, catch basins Ensure correct slope and flow standards Lighting Work Install low-voltage outdoor lighting Run wiring, connectors, transformer setup Leadership Responsibilities Lead 2-4 man install crew Manage materials, workflow, and time sheets Communicate clearly with homeowners Train and mentor new crew members Ensure every jobsite is left clean and professional

WORK SCHEDULE

Optional OT or rain make-up ✔ 40-55+ hrs/week during peak season

PAY RANGE

$24-$30/hr +

Monthly Bonuses Typical Annual Earnings:

$50,000-$70,000+ with overtime
