Job Description
H2O Innovation provides public works management services & operations assistance for water & wastewater treatment plants to municipalities, government organizations, and businesses across North America. The Water Repair & Maintenance Crew Leader will hold a permanent and full-time position and will work at the Gulfport, Mississippi facility operated by H2O Innovation. The main responsibilities of the candidate will be to install and repair underground water and sewer pipes through the citys water and sewer systems.

Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the operations according to H2Os performance standards as well as the health and safety protocols.
Participate in the installation and repair of underground water and sewer lines.
Operate equipment such as a mini excavator, backhoe and front-end loader. Supervise a two-to-three-member crew.
The Skills We Are Looking For High school diploma/GED.At least one year of experience operating heavy equipment (mini excavator, backhoe & front-end loader).Valid drivers license.
Plumbing experience is helpful.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with the public, team members and supervisors.
Ability to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
The successful candidate will have to pass a background check which includes criminal background & motor vehicle report checks, as well as drug & alcohol screenings.
