Full-time Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on Transportation Supervisor to lead a small team of drivers while actively supporting daily operations. This is a working leadership role that requires leading by example through driving, coaching, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop a team of drivers, setting clear expectations and accountability Perform deliveries and route coverage as needed Build a strong team culture focused on safety, service, and efficiency Coordinate schedules and ensure effective route execution Ensure compliance with DOT, safety, and company policies

Qualifications:

Class A CDL required Proven leadership in a hands-on environment Strong work ethic with a lead-from-the-front mindset Transportation or logistics experience preferred
