Job Summary Join our dynamic landscape team as a Crew Leader, Landscape, where you will lead and inspire a crew dedicated to transforming outdoor spaces into vibrant, healthy environments. In this energetic role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality landscape maintenance, and promote safety and efficiency across all projects. Your leadership will drive team success while maintaining the beauty and functionality of our clients' landscapes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in landscaping, horticulture, and construction while making a tangible impact on outdoor environments. Duties Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance activities, including lawn care, gardening, and horticultural tasks to ensure timely and quality service delivery Lead a team of crew members in landscaping projects, construction tasks, tree care, irrigation installation and repairs, and general site maintenance Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies by conducting regular safety briefings and inspections Assist with training crew members on proper techniques for landscaping, pruning, planting, and equipment operation Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues on-site, and communicate effectively with clients and management to meet project goals Maintain equipment, tools, and supplies to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are upheld Promote a positive team environment by motivating crew members and fostering teamwork and professional growth Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, or horticulture with a strong understanding of gardening practices Supervising experience leading crews in outdoor environments or construction sites Knowledge of tree care techniques, irrigation systems, and general site maintenance procedures Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, team members, and vendors Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions for extended periods Join us as a Crew Leader in Landscape to lead inspiring projects that enhance outdoor spaces!
