AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR , GS-1101-11

, you responsible for the total squadron maintenance program, manages the overall direction of the maintenance effort, and enforces safe maintenance practices; participes in establishing the monthly and weekly maintenance plans; control and coordine maintenance activity on the flightline; coordine with supervisors to select workers and assign tasks to be performed; initie action to resolve personnel shortages and coordines requirements with the Maintenance Operions Center (MOC); understand, execute, and coordine specific disaster control duties including the provisions contained Air Force instructions, with regard to movement of aircraft, support equipment, and evacuion of flightline personnel; perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements:

Administrive or clerical experience, educion, or training which demonstres the candide's ability to perform the duties of the position. Experience using computer and automion systems.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE

: Must have least 36 months experience, educion or training program or managerial experience in a type of work or a combinion of functions directly reled to the business or industry position to be filled or in comparable work or functions. Experience developing and recommending policy; organizing and carrying out specific programs, evaluing and recommending changes in methods of operions. Experience in supervisory, staff or technical work which included study, analysis or evaluion leading to the development or improvement of managerial or administrive policies, practices and procedures.
