We are looking for someone experienced, dependable, and motivated who can lead by example, keep jobs moving efficiently, and maintain high-quality workmanship on every project. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in building beautiful outdoor spaces.

What You'll Do:

Lead a 2-4 person crew on hardscape and landscape installation projects Oversee installation of paver patios, retaining walls, walkways, and outdoor living features Supervise landscaping work including plantings, sod installation, grading, and mulch Manage site prep, base prep, material placement, and final clean-up Delegate tasks and ensure crew members stay productive and on schedule Train and guide laborers while maintaining a professional, team-oriented work environment Load/unload tools and materials and keep the job site organized Communicate with ownership regarding job progress, material needs, and any issues on site Follow and enforce safety procedures and maintain quality standards

What We're Looking For:

Prior experience in hardscaping, landscaping, or construction leadership Strong knowledge of paver installation, retaining walls, grading, and general landscape installation practices Ability to lead a crew, give direction, and keep projects running smoothly Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift and carry heavy materials such as pavers, blocks, and soil Valid driver's license preferred Ability to operate equipment is a plus
