This is a hands-on role that plays a key part in ensuring our tools, equipment, and vehicles are organized, maintained, and ready for daily use. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, safety-minded, and enjoys active work in a fast-paced construction/support environment. We are open to flexible scheduling, including students with complex availability. Pay & Benefits $15-$25 per hour depending on experience Full-time or part-time opportunities available Flexible scheduling (including student-friendly schedules) Holiday pay Bonus eligibility What You'll Do Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the shop Track, monitor, and help manage tools, equipment, and inventory Perform routine checks to ensure tools and equipment are in working condition Travel to job sites to complete tool and equipment inventory checks Deliver tools, materials, and equipment to job sites as needed Operate company trucks and tow trailers safely to job sites Pick up parts, tools, and materials from vendors and suppliers Support general shop upkeep and day-to-day operational needs Help ensure job sites are properly stocked and ready for crews What We're Looking For Dependable, punctual, and responsible work ethic Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized Comfortable working independently and following direction Good communication skills and team mindset Willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibility Ability to work in a physical, hands-on environment Requirements High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to safely operate company vehicles and tow trailers Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) Strong time management and problem-solving skills Ability to follow safety procedures at all times Willingness to work occasional overtime as needed Preferred (Not Required) Experience in construction, shop work, logistics, or fleet support Familiarity with tools, equipment, or jobsite environments Prior experience operating trucks with trailers Basic inventory or warehouse experience Why This Role Matters This position is critical to keeping our operations efficient and our crews productive.
