Join our dynamic hybrid landscaping and hardscaping team as a Crew Lead/Foreman, where you'll play a pivotal role in guiding projects from start to finish with energy and precision. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead an installation crew in transforming outdoor spaces, utilizing your expertise in the landscaping industry. You get to show case your ability to transform blank canvases into outdoor masterpieces for clientele that desire the best. As a Crew Lead/Foreman, you will be the on-site expert to oversee daily job site leadership and execution, ensure safety standards are met, and deliver exceptional results that exceed client expectations.

What You'll Be Doing:
Lead the Charge. Manage your crew on landscaping and hardscaping projects efficiently and to high standards. Quality Control. You are the on-site expert with the eye that catches every detail. The quality of your installation reflects your passion for high quality work ethic and artistic ability. Problem Solver. You've experienced and navigated your way through many types of projects, and you know how to think ahead to not just identify a potential problem but come up with the solution. Foster a Positive Atmosphere. Maintain professionalism and positivity throughout your day. We're here to boost each other up and impress our clients with our craft. Positive attitudes are contagious, when a client sees us enjoying ourselves working for them, they in turn enjoy their experience working with us. The Daily Specifics. Oversee the installation of features such as softscapes, patios, walkways, retaining walls, water features, fire pits, putting greens, and other landscape/hardscape elements using tools and equipment. Read and interpret blueprints/construction drawings, material lists, labor schedules and job packets to guide project execution efficiently and accurately. Manage job site safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. Collaborate with clients, project managers, vendors and team members to plan project timelines, materials, and resources effectively. Conduct quality inspections during various phases of work to ensure your crew's work is a true masterpiece of craftsmanship. Operate trucks, trailers, equipment, and tools safely, properly, and effectively. Ensure all work adheres to design & job packet specifications. Communicate with project manager on job site progressions. Log/Track crew hours and materials usage. What You Bring to the
Table:
Leadership Experience:
Proven experience leading landscaping or hardscaping crews on commercial or residential projects. You know how to oversee a project from start to finish and guide your crew without being a drill sergeant.
Deep Industry Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of industry best practices with experience in softscape and hardscape projects. You know the processes and can coach your crew on how to execute each step. You can review a job packet with the project manager, provide feedback on job site order of operations, and execute each individual process to complete an entire project from Day 1 to the final walk through.
Hands-on Experience:
You've done the heavy lifting so you can relate to your crew and advise them on methods to achieve success. You've led a crew so you know how to keep your own morale high even on those bad days where nothing seems to go right so your crew can see you leading through the rough patch without discouraging their attitude or morale. You've seen and read installation documents before so you know how to layout the project to the correct scale and can teach your crew along the way.
Operator Ability:
You've driven trucks and trailers (Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record Required), you've operated machinery/equipment, you know which tools to use and when/how to use them. You can be the operator, but you also can train your crew on how to use something new to them to boost their knowledge and abilities. Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems relevant to landscape features is a plus but not required. You have the "It"
