Crew Leader•
Residential & Light Commercial Painting Location:
Kearney, NE and surrounding areas | Full-Time | Competitive Pay (Based on Experience) Must have reliable transportation & liability insurance Lead With Pride. Paint With Purpose. Grow With Us. We're a small, family-owned painting company known for premium results and a collaborative, down-to-earth work culture. We're growing fast and looking for a Crew Leader who wants more than just a job. If you're a motivated, reliable, and customer-focused pro who can lead a team, communicate like a boss, and crush a job site start to finish, we want to meet you. What You'll Do Lead a small crew on residential & light commercial jobs Review work orders, prep your crew, and message the client before the job Walk the job with the client, set clear expectations, and keep communication flowing Keep the team on schedule and quality dialed in Handle jobsite prep: scraping, sanding, caulking, masking, etc. Apply coatings using brush, roller, or spray with precision Keep the site clean, organized, and professional at all times Send daily updates to the client & owner: what's done, any issues, what's next Wrap up jobs right: touchups, walkthrough, cleanup, collect payment, request reviews & referrals What We're Looking For 3+ years professional painting experience (residential or commercial) Some leadership or management experience running jobs or small crews Pro with prep, cut-ins, masking, spraying, and reading a scope Confident using ladders, power tools, and safety equipment Valid driver's license & reliable vehicle Active liability insurance Ideal Traits You've got the "get it" factor
