The Landscape Enhancement Crew Lead is responsible for leading and working alongside a crew to execute landscape enhancement projects efficiently, safely, and to quality standards. This role combines hands-on landscape work with leadership, customer service, and project coordination to ensure timely completion of enhancement services such as installations, upgrades, and seasonal improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Crew Leadership & Supervision Lead, train, and motivate a landscape enhancement crew to meet daily production goals Assign tasks and ensure work is completed according to specifications and safety standards Monitor crew performance and provide on-the-job coaching and feedback Ensure proper PPE usage and adherence to company safety policies Project Execution Perform and supervise landscape enhancement services including, but not limited to: Planting trees, shrubs, and flowers Mulching and bed enhancements Hardscape installation (pavers, edging, small retaining walls, etc.) Irrigation repairs and upgrades Seasonal color and landscape upgrades Read and interpret enhancement work orders, plans, and scopes of work Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and presentable at all times Job Requirements 2-5 years of landscape or enhancement experience, including leadership or crew lead responsibilities Strong knowledge of landscape installation, materials, and best practices Ability to lead by example and work alongside crew members in all weather conditions Experience operating landscaping equipment (skid steer, mini-excavator, etc.) preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (chauffeur or DOT card preferred, if applicable) The Perks 401(k) plan with company match Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance FSA/HSA PerkSpot Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance Paid time Off Tuition Reimbursement (after one year of service) Pay Transparency Mariani Enterprises LLC is committed to pay transparency and equity among all employees and provides employees with an environment where pay transparency and dialogue on compensation are allowed. Position Range:
