Needs:

Drivers License & Bilingual Position Overview Frank Davis & Sons Landscaping LLC, an established, high-end Landscape Design/Build company, is seeking a Hardscape/ Masonry Crew Leader able to install dry-laid and wet-laid landscape projects. This position's job description and qualifications are as follows: Responsibilities and Duties Experience in landscaping and masonry experience. Valid Drivers License to operate a truck and trailer. Run a crew of three to four. Ability to read blueprints in scale is a must. Capable of operating heavy equipment and power tools in a safe and responsible manner Assist in all aspects of project construction including excavation, drainage and landscaping. Build masonry structures including but not limited to decorative walls, retaining walls, veneer, field stone walls, patios with concrete pavers and natural stone, steps, counters and outdoor kitchens, fire pits, water features. Know how to install French drain, catch basin, seepage pits & leader drains. Footings, concrete sidewalks and pads, Belgian Block Curbing. Rough and finish grading by hand and machine. Proper turf seeding and/or sodding installation. Knowledge of irrigation system repairs and operation. Tree and shrub removal, trimming and pruning. Working Conditions Smoke-free vehicles, client property and offices. Drug-free workplace. Working in seasonal weather conditions (inclement weather). Work a minimum of 40 hours per week. Must be willing to travel for work.
