Job Description
Overview Voyager Trucking is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Safety/Compliance Administrator to support our Safety Department. This role is essential in ensuring that all USDOT driver compliance documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained according to federal guidelines. You will work closely with the Safety Managers to manage electronic driver files, monitor compliance systems, and run essential reports. Key Responsibilities Create, organize, and maintain electronic driver qualification files (E‑files) for all CDL drivers and supplemental staff. Scan, upload, and manage compliance documents in designated systems. Monitor and manage data across multiple compliance portals, including: E‑Screen Samba Samsara USDOT Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse Track expiring documents and follow up with drivers and staff as needed. Communicate professionally with drivers and internal team members via email, text, and phone . Support the Safety team with general administrative duties as assigned. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and other Microsoft platforms . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual (English/Spanish) - highly preferred.
