The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience in tree pruning, climbing, rigging, and equipment operation. Responsibilities Lead and supervise arbor crews in daily operations. Perform and oversee tree pruning, removals, climbing, rigging, and bucket truck work. Train crew members on safe work practices and proper arboriculture techniques. Ensure compliance with company and OSHA safety standards. Maintain arbor equipment, trucks, and tools. Complete daily reporting, time tracking, and service documentation. Communicate job progress, safety concerns, and property issues to supervisors. Qualifications 3+ years of tree care or arboriculture experience. Previous leadership experience preferred. Knowledge of pruning standards, climbing, knots, rigging, and chipper operation. Ability to operate a bucket truck and arbor equipment safely. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
