Assistant Station Leader - LAS (Las Vegas) We're hiring an energetic, hands-on Assistant Station Leader to support operations in our Las Vegas station. You'll play a key role in driving service excellence, safety, and team performance in our operation. W•e're a 24/7/365• business, so open availability (including weekends and holidays) is a must. What You'll Be Doing:

Partner with the Station Leader to manage daily operations and team performance Lead and motivate a team delivering "Raving Fan" service for airline crew transportation Oversee scheduling, safety, training, compliance, and reporting Recruit, hire, and train new team members to meet staffing goals Maintain vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure operational readiness Ensure adherence to all internal policies and safety procedures Adapt quickly and problem-solve in a dynamic, around-the-clock environment ✅

What We're Looking For:

2-3 years of management or supervisory experience required (industry flexible) Customer-focused mindset with strong leadership and organizational skills Willingness to work evenings , weekends , and holidays Comfortable working outdoors and able to lift up to 75 lbs Valid driver's license and ability to meet company insurance requirements Bilingual a plus!
