$24-$35/hour based on experience S&C waterproofing is a growing basement waterproofing and foundation repair company serving homeowners throughout the Rochester area. We specialize in drainage systems, sump pump installations, structural waterproofing, crawl space solutions, and water mitigation services. We are looking for a motivated Crew Lead who takes pride in quality workmanship, leadership, and customer satisfaction. Position Summary The Crew Lead is responsible for managing a field crew on residential and commercial waterproofing projects. This position requires hands-on leadership, jobsite organization, problem-solving skills, and the ability to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. Responsibilities Lead and supervise waterproofing crews on daily job assignments Install interior and exterior drainage systems Install sump pumps, battery backup systems, and discharge lines Operate and oversee use of power tools and construction equipment Read and follow project scopes and job specifications Ensure projects stay on schedule and maintain high-quality standards Communicate professionally with homeowners and management Train and mentor crew members Maintain clean and organized jobsites Perform daily vehicle and equipment inspections Follow OSHA and company safety procedures Requirements 3+ years of construction or waterproofing experience preferred Leadership or crew management experience strongly preferred Valid driver's license with reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor daily Experience with concrete breaking, excavation, drainage systems, or foundation work is a plus Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in basements, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented Preferred Skills Sump pump installation experience Concrete finishing or repair experience Equipment operation experience Ability to read blueprints or work scopes Basic plumbing or electrical knowledge related to waterproofing systems Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Performance bonuses Advancement opportunities Company apparel provided Year-round work opportunities Supportive team environment Schedule Monday-Friday Occasional overtime and weekend work available Apply Today Join a company that values hard work, leadership, and growth.
