In this energetic role, you will oversee daily operations on-site, coordinate skilled tradespeople, ensure safety compliance, and deliver high-quality results that exceed client expectations. Your leadership will drive project success, foster teamwork, and uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship and safety. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your construction management expertise while guiding projects to completion with precision and enthusiasm. Responsibilities Lead and supervise remodeling crews to ensure project tasks are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress across multiple projects simultaneously. Ensure all work complies with safety standards such as OSHA regulations and company policies. Read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately interpret project requirements. Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, and daily logs using construction management software like ProCore or Bluebeam. Conduct quality control inspections to verify workmanship meets industry standards and client specifications. Collaborate with project managers to develop realistic project schedules utilizing Primavera P6 or Primavera software for effective planning. Oversee material procurement, inventory management, and ensure proper use of tools such as ohmmeters for electrical troubleshooting. Maintain clear communication with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure seamless workflow. Enforce safety protocols on-site by conducting regular safety meetings and inspections using OSHA guidelines. Qualifications Proven supervising experience in construction or remodeling projects with a strong understanding of construction site operations. Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, or similar tools. Solid knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, construction estimating, budgeting, and project scheduling. Familiarity with contracts management and construction site safety regulations including OSHA standards. Hands-on experience with construction site activities including framing, drywall installation, flooring, electrical systems testing (using tools like ohmmeters), and quality control procedures. Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high standards of safety and craftsmanship. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Relevant certifications such as OSHA certification are highly preferred; additional technical skills in Primavera P6 or Primavera P6 are a plus.
