Seasonal Party Rental Crew Leader

Job Description:

Long Island Party Guys is seeking dependable and motivated Seasonal Drivers / Crew Leads for our busy event season. This role is perfect for responsible college students or individuals looking for strong summer income, leadership experience, and flexible scheduling. In this position, you will use your personal vehicle to transport yourself and a small crew to job sites throughout Long Island. Once on site, you will work alongside your team to set up and break down party rental equipment such as tents, bounce houses, tables, chairs, and other event items.

Responsibilities:

Drive yourself and assigned crew members to scheduled job sites Lead and assist with setup and breakdown of party rental equipment Load and unload equipment safely and efficiently Ensure all jobs are completed properly and on schedule Communicate professionally with customers during deliveries and pickups Maintain a positive team environment while working in a fast-paced setting

Requirements:

Valid and clean driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (50+ lbs) Weekend availability is required (Must be available one weekend day ) Strong work ethic, reliability, and leadership mindset Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Prior Party Rental experience is a plus
