This energetic role offers the opportunity to oversee skilled tradespeople, coordinate project activities, and ensure high-quality craftsmanship. As a key driver of project success, you'll motivate your crew, manage schedules, and uphold safety standards while delivering exceptional results that transform spaces and exceed client expectations. Your leadership will inspire efficiency, quality, and a positive work environment on every project. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate remodeling crews to ensure timely completion of projects within scope, budget, and quality standards Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide on-site activities Manage project schedules using construction management software such as Primavera P6 or similar tools to optimize workflow Oversee daily site operations, including safety compliance with OSHA regulations and maintaining a safe work environment Conduct quality control inspections to verify workmanship meets specifications and client expectations Collaborate with project managers on budgeting, procurement, and contract management to ensure resource efficiency Utilize construction estimating tools like HeavyBid for accurate material and labor cost assessments Lead troubleshooting efforts using tools such as ohmmeters for electrical systems or other testing equipment as needed Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and OSHA standards Maintain clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle Skills Extensive experience in construction management with a proven track record supervising remodeling crews Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and Primavera for scheduling and documentation Strong understanding of construction estimating processes and blueprint reading skills Knowledge of contracts management, project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control procedures Hands-on experience with construction site operations, safety protocols, and OSHA compliance Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately for remodeling projects Familiarity with heavy equipment testing tools such as ohmmeters for electrical troubleshooting Excellent leadership skills with supervising experience that fosters teamwork and accountability Effective management of pipeline projects from initiation through completion while maintaining high standards of safety and quality Join us as a Remodeling Crew Leader where your expertise will drive successful project execution while fostering a safe, efficient, and motivated work environment.
