We are seeking a reliable, experienced, Field Crew Leader to oversee daily landscaping operations for residential and small commercial projects. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on landscaping skills, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Supervise and lead a crew in performing landscaping tasks such as planting, mulching, trimming, irrigation, and installation of new landscape and hardscape elements following design plans Coordinate daily job assignments and ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards Train and mentor crew members, promoting teamwork and efficiency Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management to ensure project specifications are met with enthusiasm and professionalism. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies Assist with project planning, material estimates, and site preparation Requirements Previous leadership or crew management experience preferred Strong knowledge of plants, landscaping techniques, equipment and outdoor construction Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping projects, or horticulture; supervisory experience is highly preferred. Ability to lead a team confidently while fostering a positive work environment focused on safety and quality. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license (CDL a plus) Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and problem-solving skills A proactive attitude with leadership qualities that motivate others to excel.
