Job Description

Assistant Crew Lead - Landscape Team Full-Time | Growth Opportunity We are hiring a dependable Assistant Crew Lead to work alongside our current Crew Lead and help support daily landscape operations. This is a development role designed for someone who wants to grow into a leadership position as our company continues to expand.
Responsibilities:
Assist with daily landscape maintenance and enhancement projects Support job efficiency and quality standards Help maintain equipment, trucks, and trailers Lead by example and step up when needed
Requirements:
2+ years landscaping experience preferred Strong reliability and work ethic Desire to grow into a leadership role Valid driver's license (must meet insurance requirements if operating company vehicles) Opportunity for advancement based on performance.
Pay:
From $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
