In this pivotal role, you will lead and supervise a crew dedicated to delivering exceptional landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture services. Your leadership will ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of landscape technicians on daily tasks including landscape maintenance, gardening, and lawn care. Plan and coordinate work schedules to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining safety protocols Perform site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement solutions promptly Train team members on proper techniques for horticulture practices, irrigation systems, equipment use, and safety procedures Maintain equipment and tools related to landscape maintenance and construction activities Ensure all work complies with industry standards and environmental regulations Qualifications Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture with a strong understanding of lawn care and gardening techniques Supervising or leadership experience in a landscaping setting is highly preferred Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of safety and quality Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients as needed Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions including lifting heavy equipment or materials Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into stunning landscapes!
