Job Description

Southeast's work-readiness program for people living with addiction and mental illness, Project Work, is looking for Crew Leader to train, teach, and supervise clients at ODOT. The Crew Leader oversees work crews performing custodial and cleaning services, assuring all work is done to the customer's specifications.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of individuals at a work site, ensuring all crew members understand and meet their goals. Provide direct mentorship and coaching to help participants build essential work skills such as communication, time management, teamwork, and problem-solving. Organize and manage daily work activities, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely, effective, and safe manner. Collaborate with program manager to evaluate the progress of participants. Offer constructive feedback to participants to improve performance and build confidence in their job-readiness capabilities. Ensure that all safety guidelines and organizational policies are followed. Maintain accurate records of crew members' progress, attendance, and performance.
Current Shift Available:
2nd
Shift :
Monday - Friday, 12:00pm to 8:30pm High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in workforce development is a plus. Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role ideal. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor and motivate diverse groups. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with staff, program managers, and external partners. Ability to provide constructive feedback and maintain a positive learning environment. Valid Ohio driver's license and car insurance required. As a healthcare provider, Southeast Healthcare is a non-smoking employer.
