Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Crew Leader, Landscape to spearhead our outdoor maintenance and landscaping projects. In this dynamic role, you will lead a team of skilled landscapers, ensuring high-quality execution of landscape maintenance, lawn care, gardening, and tree care services. Your leadership will drive efficiency, safety, and excellence across all projects while fostering a positive team environment. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, and irrigation system installation or repair Lead a team of landscapers by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, providing guidance, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times Oversee landscaping projects from start to finish—ensuring they meet quality standards and client expectations Conduct inspections of work sites to ensure proper use of equipment and adherence to safety regulations Support the development of team members through mentorship and training in horticulture practices, lawn care techniques, and construction methods Manage equipment maintenance schedules and ensure tools are used responsibly and efficiently Collaborate with clients or project managers to understand project scope and deliver exceptional service Experience Proven supervising experience in landscape maintenance or landscaping roles Strong background in horticulture, gardening, lawn care, tree care, irrigation systems, and general landscape construction Knowledge of landscape maintenance best practices and safety standards Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively Familiarity with equipment operation and maintenance for landscaping tools and machinery Experience working on diverse outdoor projects involving gardening, turf management, or horticultural enhancements Join us to lead a passionate team dedicated to transforming outdoor spaces!
