=) If you've got leadership in your blood, a clean driving record, and don't mind breaking a sweat while cracking a joke, you might be our next Crew Lead!
What You'll Do:
Drive our 26' box trucks (no CDL required) Lead a crew of 1-5 movers and keep the day flowing Load, unload, and secure household goods Communicate clearly with customers and teammates Disassemble & reassemble furniture (beds, tables, etc.) Train new movers on safety, wrapping, and loading
Must-Haves:
Valid driver's license (Class C) + clean Motor Vehicle Record Comfortable lifting 100+ lbs repeatedly Positive, coachable, and dependable Experience driving larger trucks preferred Bonus if you've been a team lead, foreman, or crew boss
What You Get:
$22
  • 25/hr + Daily Tips ($20
  • 100 on average) Weekly pay every Friday Bonuses for 5-star reviews (up to $555 a month) Paid time off (1 week per year) Paid training (1-3 weeks, depending on experience) Referral bonus (Up to $500 per new hire you refer) Employee discounts on moving services A team that is fun to work with
Growth Path:
Start as Crew Lead → Move into management or operations roles if you're hungry and reliable. We promote from within and are expanding very fast. Grow with us if you want to.
Schedule:
Most days start at 7:30 AM 35-60 hours/week available
  • lots of overtime pay through Summer if you want it Weekend work is optional but appreciated and is usually OT pay
