Back 8d 3TL Supervisor- Canby Branch #26-361 Canby, Oregon, United States Apply X Facebook LinkedIn Email Copy Working Locations Canby, Oregon, United States Pay Range DOE Job Details Summary The Logistics/3TL Driver Supervisor is the point of contact for all day-to-day functions within the 3TL Driver Team and will work closely with our existing Purchasing/Operation Teams.
- Supervise a team of Line Haul Drivers to ensure all line haul procedures are executed to Company standards
- Participate with the 3TL Corporate team members in weekly meetings with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Develop daily driver schedules to optimize efficiency and drive home revenue targets
- Manage all personnel issues working closely with our operation leaders including training, evaluating, disciplining, and following up on driving team concerns
- Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate department staff
- Ensure that all safety and compliance policies and procedures are followed
- Respond to all customer related issues in a timely manner to ensure positive relationships with customers
- Continually look at our demand model and develop efficient lanes in the spirit of continuous improvement
- Develop and maintain positive, cooperative, and team-oriented relationships with co-workers, supervisors, managers, suppliers, and our customer base
- Maintain Columbia's fleet management tool, Maintenance Connection, for all relevant equipment
- Adhere to all state liquor laws and regulations
- Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel experience
