As a Roofing Crew Lead, you'll oversee daily project operations, supervise and mentor crew members, and ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will be the on-site leader, guiding your team and maintaining clear communication with clients and management to deliver outstanding results.
What You'll Do:
As a Roofing Crew Lead, you will be responsible for: Supervising and coordinating residential roof tear-offs, repairs, replacements, and installations. Leading and mentoring crew members to maintain productivity, safety, and quality. Reading and interpreting project blueprints and work orders to ensure accurate execution. Conducting daily safety meetings and enforcing safety protocols to prevent accidents. Managing material staging, equipment, and overall job site organization. Communicating effectively with project managers, inspectors, and homeowners for a seamless workflow. Performing final quality inspections to ensure customer satisfaction and project standards.
What You'll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have: 3+ years of roofing experience, including leadership or crew lead responsibilities. Strong knowledge of residential roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques. Experience reading blueprints, plans, and work orders. A valid driver's license; experience driving manual transmission vehicles is a plus. Solid understanding of job site safety practices, including fall protection. Physical ability to work at heights, lift heavy materials, and work in varying weather conditions. Leadership skills with the ability to delegate tasks and motivate a team. Why Join Us in Corvallis?
