Photos of your work would be appreciated. Thank you. Job Overview We are looking for a reliable, experienced Crew Leader for our mowing division who knows how to run a crew the right way. This role is for someone who takes pride in clean, professional work—cutting properties properly (deck to deck), keeping grass out of beds, and moving efficiently throughout the day. You'll be responsible for leading by example, maintaining quality, and keeping your crew productive, on time, and dialed in. This is not a "babysitting" role—we're looking for someone who can take ownership, communicate with customers, and help grow with the company long-term. Duties Lead and manage a mowing crew to complete daily routes efficiently and on schedule Perform and oversee proper mowing techniques, including clean deck-to-deck cutting and attention to detail Ensure no grass is blown into mulch beds, driveways, or unwanted areas—clean, professional finishes only Keep the crew moving with minimal downtime and strong route efficiency Communicate professionally with clients when needed on-site Maintain equipment and ensure it's used correctly and safely Set the standard for work ethic, attitude, and job quality Requirements Strong experience in lawn maintenance and mowing operations Ability to run a crew efficiently without constant supervision Attention to detail—understands what separates average work from high-quality results Good communication skills with both customers and team members Reliable and punctual—shows up on time, ready to work Brings own lunch and comes prepared for a full workday Comfortable using basic technology (apps, scheduling, communication tools) Team player with a positive attitude Looking for long-term growth, not just a temporary job Valid driver's license required If you know how to run a tight crew, take pride in clean work, and want to be part of a company that's growing, we want to hear from you.
