As a Landscape Crew Leader, you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations on job sites, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about outdoor work, enjoy leading others, and are looking to develop their skills within a close-knit team. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew of landscaping team members on various job sites Coordinate daily tasks and ensure timely completion of landscaping projects Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and effectively Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations Communicate clearly with team members and management to facilitate smooth operations Assist with training and onboarding new crew members as needed Qualifications Previous experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Offered compensation: $22/hr - $28/hr Experience and License Requirements Landscape Crew Leader Legal to work in US Valid Drivers License
