We are looking to add full-time employees to lead our grass crews for the upcoming season. This is an opportunity to work directly with the owner and be part of a growing company where employees are valued, respected, and appreciated. This role will be primarily grass cutting, with occasional days devoted to landscape jobs. Responsibilities Grass Crew Leaders are in charge of daily mowing routes and assisting crew members, while maintaining quality, efficiency, and professionalism on job sites. You will drive a company truck and trailer and operate commercial lawn equipment (zero-turn mowers, trimmers, blowers, weed whackers, etc.). Requirements MUST have a valid driver's license and the ability drive a truck and trailer. Landscaping experience is highly preferred but not required, we will train you on all equipment we use (stand on/walk behind mower, push mower, weed whacker, backpack blower, hedge trimmer, various hand tools). Must be able to perform physical outdoor work 40+ hours per week, and willing to learn and work hard.
