Freight Administrative Assistant (Temporary, Part-Time)

Schedule:

20-30 hours per week

Day shift - flexible scheduling (make your own schedule)

Temporary Key Responsibilities Make driver pre-calls and support load building and dispatching Champion and support a strong safety culture Enter driver payroll information (mileage and hourly) Process and oversee driver trip envelopes and trip documentation Fleet PO entry support Maintain and file driver performance records Maintain driver DQ (Driver Qualification) files in compliance General filing and document organization Answer and route incoming calls Support handling and distribution of CPUs Print UPS and LTL paperwork and deliver to the yard (3 times per day) Maintain truck and fleet files Qualifications Previous administrative or logistics/transportation experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organization skills Basic computer and data entry proficiency Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Strong communication skills Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
